All sauces are gluten free. Sauces come in 16 oz containers. To order any quantity of sauce, please call us and arrange for payment at least one day in advance, so that we have time to make it and pack it for you.

Grill Marinade Mustard, Garlic, Gluten Free Shoyu, Fresh Herbs, Cold Pressed Canola Oil, and a hint of Cayenne. Excellent for use as a marinade with tofu, seitan, or tempeh, portabella mushrooms (or, for that matter, any mushrooms). Just as good on fresh vegetables. Simply marinate, and throw on the grill or in the oven!

Thai BBQ Sauce Orange Juice, Gluten Free Shoyu, Ginger, Garlic, Cold Pressed Canola Oil, Blackstrap Molasses, and a hint of Black Pepper. An excellent addition to tofu, seitan or tempeh, just before grilling or baking. Great in chili, excellent over baked beans, and just as good on already grilled tofu or vegetables as a barbeque sauce.

Dijon Dressing Mustard, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Perfect over a tossed salad, or as a quick sauce to complete any vegetable or protein dish. Both healthy and delicious. Refrigerate, and watch it thicken up as if by magic, so that you can use it as a sandwich spread or a dip for veggies. Use it as a marinade, and the food will be accented with big bold taste.

South Indian Dressing The light, citrusy version of our House Dijon Vinaigrette blended with Apple Juice, Garlic, Ginger, and Curry Powder. Use just as you would the Dijon, or over shiitake mushrooms, as a dressing for grilled portabella mushroom, or other grilled or roasted veg. Freeze tofu, and press it out, and use this dressing as a marinade for grilling or baking in the oven.

Tahini Dressing Tahini, Lemon, Spices, and Garlic. Great with hummus, baked potatoes, beans, bean or grain salad, roasted or fresh veggie dip, or falafel.

Caesar Dressing Tofu, Miso, Red Star Nutritional Yeast, Lemon, Garlic, and Mustard, with our own blend of spices. This is so similar to the original Caesar dressing that we constantly get questions about whether or not it’s really vegan. It’s vegan! Enjoy it over the classic Caesar salad, of Romaine Lettuce, croutons, and lemon juice.

Peanut Dressing Peanuts, Ginger, Gluten Free Shoyu, Toasted Sesame Oil, Sucanat, and a hint of Chili Flakes. Use it as a dressing for cold soba noodles, on your favorite salad, or as a yummy sandwich spread. Just as great to use the Peanut Dressing as a dip for a raw vegetable platter. Try with apples, pears, or pineapple.

Dill-Soy Mayo Tofu, Dill, Onion, Garlic, Mustard, Cold Pressed Canola Oil, Red Star Nutritional Yeast. Get a good hit of protein, and your B complex vitamins. Use to make Tempeh Lettuce and Tomato sandwiches (or any other sandwich), as a salad dressing to make Tofu Salad, Potato Salad, or as a regular salad dressing. Try with French Fries, and get a taste of your European childhood again.

Russian Dressing Tofu, House Tomato Ketchup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cold Pressed Canola Oil, and a hint of Black Pepper. Use on sandwiches, veggie burgers, tempeh rubens, salad dressing, baked potatoes, yucca, or steamed root vegetables.

Blueberry Fresh blueberries, and a bit of lemon, thickened with arrowroot. Try on muffins, scones, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, French Toast, and ice cream or sundaes!
